SSAT SEND webinar – Developing a vocational workplace which has employability as it’s central theme

The Bee Hive is the 6th form of Northgate School Arts College, which is a secondary special school in Northamptonshire with 247 pupils on role of which 70 attend The Bee Hive. The SEN needs of the pupils ranges from SLD to MLD and includes pupils with Autism, Physical Handicap and Sensory Impairment. The concept of a vocational workplace for pupils at the school, with employability as its central theme, was developed in 2012 and The Bee Hive opened in October 2013.
