SSAT Culture Survey 2024 – Findings report

By SSAT

In Spring 2024 SSAT members participated in our first annual culture survey. Under the themes of Vision, Values and Moral Purpose, Leading People and Operational Management the 20-question survey is designed to get to the heart of how staff feel about their school and their role within it.

This report collates the findings and explores common themes and trends that emerge from the national picture. The findings are analysed by respondents’ role and length of service, as well as phase of school and Ofsted judgement. The whole cohort figures allow schools that participated in the survey to benchmark their school’s results against the responses across the network.

The next window for completion of the Culture Survey will open to members in February 2025.
