“Personalising Learning – The Final Gateway: School Design and Organisation” is a joint publication between the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust and the Association of School and College Leaders. Written by David Hargreaves, this pamphlet is the last in a series that focuses on personalising learning for all students. The publication argues that personalising learning is achieved through nine interconnected gateways and that personalisation should be treated as a pathway to educational transformation.
