Terms and Conditions

Purchases of SSAT CPD products including courses, training, consultancy services, resources or publications can be cancelled without charge within seven days of submitting a booking form, an order form or signed agreement unless:

The customer has already attended or accessed the course, programme or service.
The start date is within seven days of booking.
The invoice has been paid, which will be deemed to be confirmation of the request or order.

Cancellation requests need to be made in writing by email.

Where the resource is available or delivered online and a log in has been provided to access the materials, the customer will be able to access and download the materials for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Purchase of an online resource does not include access or the right to any future versions of the resource.

Any sharing of the resource with people or organisations except for staff of the customer will result in access of the resource being removed from the customer and additional charges for the number of instances where access or the material has been shared.
