A request from the customer to change the agreed delivery date(s) may be treated as a cancellation. SSAT reserves the right to charge an administrative fee if delivery dates(s) are changed by the customer. The audit visit must be completed within three months from the initial application. SSAT reserves the right to terminate the programme after three months and a refund will not be provided.
