SSAT offers full in-school support and consultancy to help identify the areas which require focus and prioritisation in your school or multi-academy trust.
With an education team who are highly experienced as senior leaders or advisers, and who have expertise in primary, secondary, post-16 and special education, we can help you with:
Support for self-evaluation
We work alongside senior and middle leaders in your school to evaluate the accuracy of your current self-evaluation. We will test out your judgements by working with you, observing lessons and questioning key staff and students.
Curriculum planning and quality assurance
We can work with your senior team and/or middle leaders on the principles of curriculum planning and its quality assurance and offer follow-up support.
Curriculum conversations
Over two days, we meet your middle leaders a department at a time to review their curriculum planning to date. This is not a mock Ofsted but provides an opportunity for middle leaders to explore key questions that they would be asked during inspection in a supportive environment.
MAT strategic planning
External facilitation to support schools, MATs and others organisations with strategy planning and engaging stakeholders.

Angelina Idun
Angelina joined SSAT as a Director in 2017. Her previous roles included Acting Principal and Senior Vice Principal. Angelina’s leadership career has been largely focused on south London schools in diverse, vibrant, challenging contexts. Angelina is driven by an unwavering belief in the difference a high-quality learning experience makes to the life chances of young people. She has extensive experience of developing teachers and leaders at all levels, nationally and internationally, and is an experienced, qualified coach.
