Sue Williamson, Chief Executive, SSAT, pays tribute to Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II following the announcement of her death.

Queen Elizabeth II was truly a remarkable woman and leader. At 21, she pledged her life to the service of people – she fulfilled that vow to the very end of her life. She understood the importance of nations working together and was a well respected and loved leader of the Commonwealth of Nations. Her Majesty has been a constant feature in our lives and so often captured the feelings of the nation in her speeches. We give thanks for her life, and we send our deepest sympathies to her family.

‘In times when nothing stood
But worsened or grew strange
There was one constant good
She did not change.’

Philip Larkin

However, does adaptive teaching offer fresh insights into this challenge or a repositioning of previous thinking?
