Overview
This notice explains what personal data is collected as part the Embedding Formative Assessment Programme, supported by the Educational Endowment Foundation (EEF) as part of a wider DfE funded programme called “Accelerator Fund 4”, how and by whom that data is processed, and how you may exert your legal rights over your personal data.
The EEF commissioned an overarching evaluation of scale up projects setting up and recruiting schools across AY2324, however, this did not include EFA, as this project has already been the subject of EEF funded scale up evaluation, published in July 2024. EEF may later commission separate impact evaluations for some funded scale-up programmes, in the form of collecting future NPD data and matching to similar schools to assess impact. The evaluator may contact the headteacher and staff participating in this project to ask if they would like to take part in that evaluation. This is not a requirement of taking part and will not be designed to be labour-intensive. If you have any concerns, please email eleanore.widger@eefoundation.org.uk
