It is now several years since changes to the Ofsted framework put the focus on curriculum. In the years that have followed, middle leaders have done extensive work to review and refine their plans. This series of two training sessions provides middle leaders with an opportunity to step back, reflect on the decisions they have made and identify areas for further development.
How it works
This programme of two 90 minute workshops has been designed to be delivered to your whole middle leadership team. As well as delivering expertise and essential information our facilitators will lead your team in collaborative activities to allow them to work together to produce action plans and ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
